BISCOFF ICE CREAM BARS
Ingredients:
1 pack @biscoff_in cookies
@Breyers french vanilla ice cream (softened)
1/2 cup creamy biscoff cookie butter spread (melted)
Instructions:
In a small sealable container lined with parchment paper, place 8 cookies close together in formation. Top with a layer of softened ice cream and a drizzle of melted cookie butter. Repeat layers once more and top with a final layer of cookies. Close container and freeze until firm (at least an hour) and slice sandwiches in coordinating top and bottom layer sections. Enjoy! 😋
