MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
FISH CURRY:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 nub ginger, 100g curry paste, 1 tin plum tomatoes, cod fillets (or any other fish), 400ml veg stock, 400g rice, salt & pepper.
RIBS:
600g ribs, 125g bbq sauce.
MUSHROOM RISOTTO:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 400g risotto rice, 250g mushrooms, 1 white wine stock cube, 2 veggie stock with 1000ml boiling water, 2tsp thyme, salt & pepper, Parmesan cheese.
PULLED CHICKEN BURGERS:
500g chicken, 300g plain yoghurt, 2tbsp paprika, salt & pepper, potatoes, stuffing mix, ciabatta rolls.
