Ingredients:
Milk (Whole Milk) – 2 Cups
Sugar – 2/3 Cup * UPDATED
Method
1. Turn the Instant Pot on Saute mode on high.
2. Add milk and sugar. Stir till the sugar completely dissolves.
3. Once the milk comes to a boil, turn the heat on medium, continue cooking it till the milk is reduced to half.
4. Once the mixture thickens and all the water evaporates leaving behind a thick liquid. Turn of the Instant Pot, transfer the mixture in a separate container and cool it. Once completely cool store it in the refrigerator. It will last for up to 3 weeks.
