2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
Salt, to taste

Recipe 2: Aloo Balls
Ingredients
1 big Potato, boiled and grated
1 Green Chilli
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon ed Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Rice Flour
Coriander Leaves
Oil

Recipe 3: Samosa
Ingredients
2 cups Wheat Flour (Atta)
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Ajwain
Water
1 cup Potato, boiled and grated
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi, crushed

2 tablespoon Water
Bread Crumbs

4 Garlic Pod
