INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp (45 ml) cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
5 oz (142 g) box of Vermicelli pasta
1 lb (454 g) boneless skinless chicken (cut in to bite sized pieces)
half of an onion (120 g) (sliced)
2 cloves (12 g) garlic (minced)
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp (13 g) chicken bouillon powder base
4 cups (946 ml) water
2/3 cup (150 g) crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
6 qt Instant Pot
