Sugar Dumplings – My #1 Childhood Favorite

Bring a rare part of Thai food culture to your holiday table this year with this easy, incredible dessert that was lost to me for almost 30 years! Kanom Ko ขนมโค is a rare treat unique to Hat Yai which I call “sugar dumplings”. Soft and chewy mochi-like dough filled with palm sugar and tossed in coconut!
