1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
3-4 Garlic Cloves

2 tsp Tamarind Paste
2 Red Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Preparation of Mint Chutney
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Mint Leaves
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Black Pepper-Cumin Powder
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Frying the Fish
Oil (for frying)
