My family loves a thick and creamy yogurt which is hard to find in the stores. This recipe is so simple and easy to follow. I generally set it in the pot at night and it is ready by the morning!
Ingredients and method
yogurt culture – 1 tbsp (you can get this from any organic whole milk yogurt)
Milk – 2 cups (whole milk is preferred for a creamy and thick consistency)
Take the yogurt culture in a bow. Add milk and mix well. Place the bowl in the Instant Pot. Close the lid. Select the yogurt setting and try not to move the pot till it is ready. The pot will turn off automatically after 8 hours. Store the yogurt in the refrigerator.
You can enjoy the yogurt plain or add fruits and nuts of your choice for a healthy breakfast!
