1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
