🍲 INGREDIENTS
1 scant cup of pearl barley
1 medium onion
2 sticks of celery
4 medium carrots
Butternut squash (optional)
2 large sweet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 heaped teaspoons of mustard
2-3 teaspoons of honey
1 dst spoon of dried thyme
4 (frozen) chicken thighs (bone in)
1500 mls of stock
