1. Lightly fry the chicken fillet pieces.
2. Add chopped red onion and garlic. Fry while stirring.
3. Add chopped bulgarian pepper.
4. Add cayenne pepper or paprika, cumin and mix then.
5. Add tomato pelatti , salt. Mix and stew for 5 minutes under a closed lid.
6. Add parsley and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
7. Put the cheese on the tortilla, top with the filling, sprinkle with the cheese again and cover with the second one tortilla.
8. Fry tortilla on both sides.
