Mushroom Omelette breakfast Recipe

In this video I will show you how to make Mushroom Omelette for breakfast. This recipe is easy to make, delicious and it doesn’t take long to cook. I believe you will like my omelette recipe.
Mushroom Omelette Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
5 button mushrooms
A little bit salt to taste
A little bit ground white pepper to taste
1 green onion
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cooking oil for fry mushrooms
1 tablespoon cooking oil for fry eggs
1 teaspoon butter for fry eggs
1 slice cheese of your choice (I used 1 slice cheddar cheese.)

steps
1.Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
2.Cut the green onion into small pieces
3.In a bowl, crack in the eggs, spoon in milk, season with salt and ground white pepper. Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
4.In a flying pan on medium high heat, pour in the cooking oil.
5.Once the cooking oil is hot stir in the mushrooms, season with salt and ground white pepper. Stir-fry until mushrooms are cooked for about 3 to 4 minutes.
6.Transfer the stir fried mushrooms into a dish and set aside.
7.In another pan on low heat, heat the cooking oil and melt the butter.
8.Once the cooking oil is hot and the butter has melted, pour in the eggs mixture.
9.Place the slice cheddar cheese onto the eggs.
10.Once the eggs mixture is almost cooked, Place the stir fried mushrooms onto just half of the omelette.
11.Using a spatula fold the mushroom omelette in half. Continue frying the omelette until cooked for about 1 to 2 minutes.
12.Transfer the mushroom omelette into a serving plate, garnish with chopped green onion and serve. ENJOY!

This recipe can be made for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time you are hungry.
