And for all those curious, the Instant Pot that I have is from the link above- I think it’s the perfect size. I bought mine off Amazon and it included the recipe book, trivet, everything you need! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE making yogurt in the Instant Pot, and this one has that feature.
First off for our 3 beginner Instant Pot recipes, let’s do some super quick, fluffy potatoes. This is my recipe for baked potato style potatoes, you know, the kind with all the fixings??? So good. Keep in mind with these, there is a bit of a range in timing, based on the size of your potatoes. When in doubt, i’d say choose somewhere in the middle!
