Recipes:
Crockpot French dip sandwiches:
3lb chuck roast
2 cups water
1 packed Au Jus Gravy
1tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2tsp Garlic powder
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2tsp thyme
2 cups beef broth
Combine the water and packet of Au Jus Gravy.
Add the chuck roast to the crockpot, poor the Au Jus/ water mixture on top.
Season with all the seasonings
Add the beef broth
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve on a toasted roll with provolone cheese and sautéed peppers and onions if desired!
