INGREDIENTS
1 lb ( 454g ) boneless skinless chicken
1 Tbsp ( 15 ml ) soy sauce
1 Tbsp ( 15 ml ) Shaoxing cooking wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
12 oz (340 g) fresh green beans (blanched)
3/4 cup (177 ml) water
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Shaoxing cooking wine
2 tsp to 1 Tbsp (8 to 12.5 g) sugar (or to taste)
2 Tbsp (15 g) cornstarch
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp fresh ginger paste (or finely minced)
1 Tbsp Sambal chili paste
Whites of 2 scallions (chopped)
2 Tbsp cooking oil for stir fry
