Ingredients:
Potato-1
Onion-1
All purpose flour/Corn flour- 1 TBSP
Chili powder-1/2 TSP
Salt as required
To make Sauce :
Soy Sauce-1 TSP
Green chilies-1
Onion-1/2
Lemon-1/2
Steps:
1)Peel and grate the potato
2)Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch.
3)Blend or grate onion
4)Mix the grated potato and grated onion in a bowl
5)Add 1 tbsp of All purpose flour ,1/2 tsp of Chili powder and required salt
6)Once the pan is heated add required oil and potato mixture
7)Always keep medium to low flame
8)When one side of the pancake is completely cooked ,turn it over.
9)Cook until it turns golden colour on the edges.
10)Serve them warm.
