Ingredients
1 Box of spaghetti
Oil for frying
Poblano Cream Sauce
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream or Half and Half
1 Cup Water
3-5 Roasted Poblanos + 1-2 Roasted Anaheim peppers
1/2 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbs Chicken Boullion
Bunch of cilantro (1/4 of the bunch)
Pepper to taste
Optional for spice
Serrano or Jalapeño
*If your sauce gets dried after adding and cooking the spaghetti. Add 1/4 of milk of choice to help cream it up again. That always helps when reheating the dish.
*If you don’t have access to Anaheim Peppers the recipe will still be delicious with just poblanos.
Chicken Cutlet
Chicken Breast (I used 3 Large Chicken Breast)
Flour Blend
2 Cups of AP Flour
1/4 Corn Starch
1/2 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
Egg Bath
3 Eggs
Pinch of salt
1/4 Cup water
Panko Crumbs
Ground Cumin
