Smothered Baked Chicken Recipe
How to make smothered baked chicken
Clean chicken thighs (by removing yellow fat, clear slime under skin, cutting excess fat, and rinsing with water)
Chop up 1 large red potato in small cubes, and 1 medium onion, and 1 small green bell pepper into small pieces.
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place vegetables and chicken thighs into baking pan
Season with 1 Tbs Seasoning Salt, 1 Tbs Garlic Powder, 1 Tbs Parsley Flakes, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, and 1/2 Tsp Thyme
Massage seasoning in well
Add 2 Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes and 2 Cups of Chicken Broth
Bake chicken for 1 hour
Remove and sit chicken aside
Stir in 3 tbs of Flour…..then place chicken back into baking pan and bake until gravy thickens…. about 30 mins
Smothered Baked Chicken is best served with egg noodles or rice
