Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. Tonight for tea, We had this delicious slow cooker creamy beef with pasta shells! Ever so easy to make…and a real treat 🙂 A firm family favourite x

What I used –
~ 453g (1 lb) Minced or ground beef
~1 Onion – diced
~1 or 2 Teaspoons garlic
~ 400g (14 oz) Pasta shells
~400g (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
~600ml (21 oz) Beef stock
~500g (18 oz) Pasta sauce
~100g (3.5 oz) Mozzarella cheese
~50g (1.7 oz) Parmesan cheese
~180ml (6 oz) Double or heavy cream
~1/2 teaspoon each Salt and pepper
~1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
