Easy Slow Cooker Recipe – Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
½ cup Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Dried Dill
1 tbsp Onion Powder, Dried
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
8 Pepperoncini’s whole
Cooking Directions:
Step 1: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Step 2: Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Step 3: Shred beef
Step 4: Serve, over rice or potatoes, and enjoy!
