EPISODE 4 of my Easter brunch series is here 🐣 and she’s salty, sweet, and EVERYTHING you didn’t know you needed.
This Pretzel French Toast Bake is the ultimate brunch move—crispy golden edges, soft custardy center, and that little pretzel saltiness to balance all the sweetness. I added lemon curd + blackberries on top and it changed the game 💅

Perfect for impressing your guests or just treating yourself tomorrow morning.

✨ RECIPE ✨
• 20 oz sweet pretzel bites (I used King’s Hawaiian)
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix it up, pour it over cubed pretzel bites, let it soak (30 min or overnight), and bake at 350°F for 25–30 min until golden + delicious.

Top with powdered sugar, maple syrup, lemon curd, whipped cream, berries—or ALL of the above.

Save this for later and tag a friend you’re brunching with 💛
