Easy Yet Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Ragu great for freezing and meal prep
Ingredients
2 pounds of chuck roast cut into large chunks or you can use short ribs lamb shanks
1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
28 ounce Crushed tomatoes
2 tbs tomatoe paste
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
10.5 ounces of beef consommé or beef broth stock or red wine
1 onion diced
3 carrots diced
2 celery stalks diced
3-4 garlic cloves minced
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 1 16oz of pasta
Directions
Pat meat dry season add to skillet sear till brown on each side. Remove and add in onion, celery, and carrots  sauté five minutes next add in the garlic and tomato paste mix, for one minute carryover to crockpot add vegetables meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours high 5 to 6 hours. Or untill meat shreds apart easily. shred meat taste and adjust seasonings remove the bay leaves  mix in your pasta or you can serve on top of zucchini noodles, cauliflower rice, rice or grits THANK YOU FOR WATCHING ❤️
