๐Ÿ”น 1 small red bell pepper cored and chopped
๐Ÿ”น 1 small zucchini small diced
๐Ÿ”น 2 green onions white and light green parts only, roughly chopped
๐Ÿ”น 4 ounces broccoli cut into small florets
๐Ÿ”น Kosher salt and black pepper
๐Ÿ”น 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
๐Ÿ”น 7 large eggs
๐Ÿ”น ยผ teaspoon baking powder optional
