Ingredients
4 to 6 chicken breast
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 onion
1 Tbsp Olive oil
3 garlic cloves
7 roasted poblano peppers
1 jalapeño
Small bunch of cilantro
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 1/2 cups water
15 oz. of crema fresca
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup queso Oaxaca or your favorite melting cheese
Oregano Lemon rice
2 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
3 1/2 cups water
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
TIP❣️
Large piece of chicken breast will cook in 20 to 25 mins
Med-size chicken will cook in 15 to 20 minutes
