Ingredients:
FOR DOUGH-
Maize Flour (Makki ka atta) – 1cup
All-Purpose Flour (Maida) – ½ cup
Salt – a generous pinch
Water (warm) – as required
Oil – for deep frying

FOR CHEESE SAUCE-
Butter – 2tbsp
All-purpose flour (maida) – 2tbsp
Milk – 1½ cups
Cheese (grated) – ¾ cup
Chilli powder – ½ tsp

FOR TOMATO SALSA (Pico De Gallo)-
Tomato chopped – 1cup
Onion chopped – ½ cup
Green chilli chopped – to taste
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Lemon juice – 4tbsp
Coriander chopped – a handful

FOR TOPPINGS-
Rajma (boiled) – a handful
Grated cheese – a handful
Corn Nibblets – a handful
Olives – a handful
Jalapeños – few
