For dough:
3/4 cup water
1.5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp instant yeast
1/4 cup oil
2.5 cup All purpose flour (Capacity of 1 cup =250 ml )
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp oil

Chicken marination :
200 gm boneless chicken(small pieces)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp chicken masala
1/4 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 pinches of turmeric powder
salt
Chicken filling:
1 tbsp oil for frying
1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 tbsp crushed ginger
2 green chillies(finely chopped)
salt
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp chicken masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp coriender powder
2 pinches of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 medium capsicum(chopped)
Half tomato (remove seeds)
1/4 tsp chilly flakes
Few coriender leaves/ spring onion
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
oil for greasing baking tray
2 tbspTomato ketchup
100gm mozeralla cheese
Few Coriender leaves/spring onion(for garnishing)
Optional: Few Sesame seeds , Oregano
