Oregano Rice
2 cups rice (basmati)
2 cup of water
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp salt
Enchilada sauce
5 tomatillos
1 jalapeño
1/4 of an onion
2 garlic cloves
2 roasted poblano peppers
Small bunch of cilantro
Optional for spice 3 Chiles de árbol
1 Tbsp of olive oil
