Hey folks! Tonight for tea I made this delicious chicken korma in the slow cooker! The sauce was amazing and that chicken just melted apart! Everything I used will be listed below.

Serves 4-5 (I used a 2.5 litre Crockpot)
3-4 Chicken Breasts – diced
200ml (7oz) Natural/plain yogurt
2 Onions – finely diced
300ml (10oz) Coconut cream (not to be confused with coconut milk)
2 Green chillies – sliced or chopped
1 Chicken Stock or bullion/stock cube
1 Heaped teaspoon of garlic paste/puree
1 Heaped teaspoon of ginger paste/puree
1 Tablespoon of turmeric
10-12 Cardamom pods
1 Tablespoon of ground coriander
2 Tablespoon of cumin seeds or ground
50g (1.7oz) Ground almonds
*Optional coriander/cilantro and flaked almonds to serve*
