French Omelette Recipe:
Egg – 3 nos
Salt – A Pinch
Black Pepper Powder – A Pinch
Cheddar Cheese (optional) – 3 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Whisk well until thoroughly combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt the butter. Add in the egg mixture and stir constantly so that a few lumps form.
3. Once most of the egg starts to solidify, add the cheese and start folding the egg from one side. Bring it to one side of the pan, so that it forms an oblong/crescent shape.
4. Turn it onto a plate. Garnish with chives/spring onion.
Cooking Tips:
1. Forming lumps within the omelette makes it fluffy and soft.
