A) Vegetarian Burrito Bowl recipe Ingredient List:

1. Black Beans Ingredients:
Black beans – 150 gram
Water – 1 cup (To soak)
Water – 2 cups (To Boil)
Salt – 1tsp
Olive oil – 1tbsp
Taco seasoning – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

2. Taco Seasoning Ingredients:
Red chilli – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp

3. Rice ingredients:
Plain cooked rice – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander – 1/2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1tsp

4. Guacamole ingredients:
Ripe Avocado – 2 medium size
Tomato – 1 medium size
Coriander – 1/4 bunch
Green chilli – 1/2 (as per taste)
Salt – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

5. Salsa ingredients:
Chopped tomato – 2 medium size
Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
Chopped Jalapeño – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

6. Sautéd Veggies –
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Chipotle / Ref chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Bell peppers – 1/2 dice
White pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black olives – 1/4 cup
Lime juice – few drops

7. Sour Cream / curd – As per taste

B) Burrito Wrap recipe Ingredients :
1. Salsa ingredients:
Chopped tomato – 2 medium size
Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
Chopped Jalapeño – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

2. Mexican Rice ingredients :
Tomato – 2 medium size
Green chilli / Jalapeño – 2 medium size
Oregano – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chipotle Chilli flakes / Normal Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Hot Water / Vegetable Stock – 1 & 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
White pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Lime juice – As per taste

4. Burrito Wrap Assembly :
Warm Tortilla – 1 large size
Soft Cheese Spread – 1 Tbsp
Lettuce – As per taste
Mexican Rice – 3 tbsp
Black beans – 2 tbsp
Salsa – 1 tbsp
Sour Cream / Curd – 1 tbsp
Avocado Slices – 1 small size (As per taste)
Salt – As per taste
Black pepper – As per taste

C) Crunch Wrap Recipe Ingredients :
1) Black bean Preparation : (00:16)
Black beans – 1 cup (150 gram)
Water – 1 cup (To soak)
Water – 2 cups (To boil)
Salt – 1 tsp (As per taste)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Boiled black beans – 1 & 1/2 cup
Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp

2) Nachos Sauce preparation : (2:41)
Butter – 1 medium size cube
Plain flour / maida – 1 tbsp
Milk – 300 ml
Sugar – 1 & 1/2 tsp
Red Leicester cheese – 1 cup
Cheddar cheese – 1/3 cup
Smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp

3) Crunch wrap Assembly and Roasting
Tortilla – 1 large size
