SHRIMP & GRITS, STEAK, WAFFLES, SCRAMBLED EGGS | Perfect Brunch Recipes!

Today I am going to show you how to make a full brunch! On the menu is shrimp and grits, steak, waffles, scrambled eggs, and fruit. This meal will keep you full until dinner or put you right back to sleep hhahah!

Tips:
1. I reheat my waffles if needed for 1-2 min in the airfryer before serving.
2. You can first marinate the steak. Then go ahead and get your grits started. While the grits are cooking, season the shrimp.
3. I like to cook the steak first in the skillet, clean the pan then cook the shrimp. Last thing I make is the egg b/c I don’t like them reheated.

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp
1-2 tsp salt free cajun seasoning
old bay & Creole seasoning to taste
olive oil
2 strips bacon

3 cups water
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
3/4 cup grits
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheese of choice, I used munster
pepper to taste

1 New York Strip Steak
Roasted garlic & herb seasoning to taste
1 tsp brown sugar
ghee
olive oil

Waffles
2 cups waffle mix
3/4 cup butter milk
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
2 tbsp oil

4eggs
2 tbsp half anf half
salt/ pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter

strawberries and fruit on the side
