Hollandaise Sauce:
Crepes:

Cream Filling:
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup icing sugar
Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Add whipping cream and sugar. Beat till well mixed and whipping cream is fluffy.
Chocolate Fudge Sauce:
2 cups dark chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
Heat until chocolate is melted. I like to boil mine just a little to get that nice fudgy texture!
