here is what you will need…
In this recipe I used…
3.29 pound corned beef brisket and season packet
Approx. 2 pounds of red and yellow baby potatoes
About 3 large carrots cut into 3 inch pieces
3 bay leaves
32 oz of organic beef stock and 64 oz of water
1 normal sized head of cabbage
I used an 8qt instant pot to cook the entire meal in.
