Ingredients:-
For Chicken Stew:-
Chicken – 1.5 Kg (30 pieces)
Big Onion – Sliced 1
Ginger (julienne cutting) – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 7 nos.
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Patatoe – 2 big
Water – 1 1/2.Cup
Garlic – 10 flakes sliced
Cardamon – 10 pieces
Cloves – 4 nos.
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Jeera – 1 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil – 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Maida (All pourpose Flour/Rice Flour/Corn Flour) – 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut MIlk – First Extract – Half Cup
Coconut Milk – Second Extract – 1 1/2 Cup
