Today’s recipe is for a tasteful brunch with rice and eggs. This video is my idea of a brunch that is shown to you on a Jazz-hop beat and I hope you will like it. Leave your opinion in the comments below.
Ingredients:
• Butter
• 150g Rice
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• Soy sauce
• 1 hot pepper
• Paprika
• Nutmeg
• 4 eggs
• Guda cheese
• Oregano
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive oil
• 80g Mix of seeds
Steps for rice:
1. Boil the rice with double water (at 150 g rice we add 300 ml of water)
2. Let it on fire till it boils then turn off the fire and let it covered for 15 minutes.
Steps for final rice mix:
1. Put in the hot pan some olive oil and 30g of Butter
2. Put the onion with the carrot
3. Put salt and pepper
4. After some time add also the red hot pepper, paprika and nutmeg
5. Add the cooked rice
6. Mix
7. Add Soy sauce, oregano and mix again
8. done
Steps for omelette:
1. Prepare 2 eggs for every omelette
2. Add salt, pepper and oregano and mix them
3. Put the mixture in a hot pen
4. After they begin to cook put the cheese in the middle
5. Fold and turn on the other side
6. Take it out
Steps for seeds:
1. Pu them in the hot pen
2. Add some salt
3. When they are a little brown they are ready
Final steps:
1. Put the rice
2. Over put our omelette
3. Above put the seeds
