In my Video here, I am sharing how I make my Version of KFC’s Chicken Bowl, making a Fried Chicken & Potato Potato lol.. I made everything that go in the Chicken bowl, & added the Corn, Chicken & Brown Gravy, on top of a Baked Potato.. the Base that go inside the bowl, for the chicken bowl itself lol.. So at this point guys, you can eat the entire thing.. The Potato & all, no bowl needed.
Just fill up the Skin with the Yummy potato filling & you are good to go!
I hope you all give this Easy Potato Recipe a try, it is so simple & easy to put together, & the potato will only take 26 minutes to cook, inside of your Instant pot.. If its a smaller potato, I would say go for 15-20 minutes.. basically just cook it til you reach the consistency of the potato you are looking for…
After Removing the Filling from the Potatoes, I added in some Butter, 1/2 & 1/2, Salt & Pepper, Sweet Corn, & the Popcorn Chicken.
I then put that back into the Potato Skins.
