Goat Cheese Balls:
1 log (11oz.) Goat Cheese – whip up before mixing in ingredients
1/4 cup Dried Cherries
1 tbsp Chopped Herbs (sage, rosemary & thyme) – mix into the cheese. With a scoop, drop little bits into
chopped pecans. Roll and plate
Pita Bites:
Homemade or Store-bought Pita Chips
Top with a dollop of Baba Ganoush
Add Caviar (optional)
and garnish with fresh Parsley
Shrimp Cocktail:
1 lb peeled, de-veined shrimp.
Mix in olive oil, salt, & Pepper
2 cloves minced garlic.
Spread on baking sheet, bake at 400º F for 10 minutes.
Layer onto platter, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
