Glazed kielbasa and pineapple bites:

NOTE: To make these GLUTEN-FREE, just substitute the teriyaki sauce with any GF sauce of choice.

Asparagus cream cheese finger sandwiches:

Note: Can also be GLUTEN FREE if served as a dip with veggies or gluten free crackers.

My version of the Asparagus spread:
1 – 15 oz. can of asparagus spears (use only tips)
1 – 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 – tsp. minced onion
4 – Tbsp. Mayonaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
(Omit the Almonds)

Perfect as Holiday Breakfast or on those chilly winter nights. Wonderful with a cup of hot cocoa or your favorite coffee. YUM!
