Ingredients
Whole Chicken cut in pieces or Chicken of choice
Oil for frying
Buttermilk bath
Enough buttermilk to coat chicken
Pepper
Optional Chicken bouillon
*MAKE SURE NOT TO REUSE BUTTERMILK FROM CHICKEN
Flour Coating Blend
2 Cups AP Flour
1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch or Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon Tomato Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
Mole Sauce
1 Cup Mole Paste of choice (I used Mole Doña Maria)
3 1/2 Cups Water or Chicken Broth of choice
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Chicken Bouillon
*STIR CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL YOU ACHIEVE THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY
Optional toppings
Pickled Onions
Sesame Seeds
