β 2 Β½ – 3 lb Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast (Chuck Roast works too!)
β 1 – 2 lbs Honey Gold Potatoes (Halved or Quartered, depending on size)
β 1 – 2 Bags Baby Carrots
β 1 Large Onion (Quartered & Sliced)
β 6-7 Stalks Celery (Sliced)
β 32 oz Beef Stock
β 2 Packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
β 1 Packet Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast Mix
β 1 Packet Beef Stew Mix
π₯ How to Make It:
1οΈβ£ Prep your veggies β wash, slice, and add them to the crockpot
2οΈβ£ Place the roast on top of the vegetables
3οΈβ£ Pour in the beef stock
4οΈβ£ Sprinkle the seasoning packets directly on top of the roast and around it
5οΈβ£ Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 hours, stirring occasionally
6οΈβ£ If the roast isnβt fork-tender after 4 hours, cook 1-2 more hours
7οΈβ£ Serve hot with gravy and your favorite sides! π½οΈ
