Rice in the Instant Pot never disappoints.
Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice
2.5 cups water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Place rinsed rice in the Instant Pot, add water, olive oil, and salt.
3. Close the lid, set the valve to “Sealing,” and select “Pressure Cook” (or “Manual”) on high pressure for 4 minutes
4. Let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Afterward, carefully turn the valve to “Venting” to release any remaining steam.
5. Open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve.
