2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
5 oz mushrooms (brown)
3 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground caraway
salt
pepper
butter for frying and greasing
chives for serving
bread for serving
