Everyone loves this cake recipe!
1 c butter
3 c sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 c cake or A P flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp French vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sour cream
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs 1 at a time
3. Add vanilla
4. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding mix
5. Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream, start and end with flour
6. Give batter one final mix with hand, then pour in pregreased tube pan
7. Bake at 325 for 65 – 75 minutes
8. Allow cake to cool and add dusting of powdered sugar
