350 gms Red pumpkin (peeled & diced)
1 cup Coconut milk
1 Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger–garlic–green chilli paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ Lemon juice
1 tbsp Oil
Hot water As required
