Huevos Rancheros: A Breakfast Favorite! #huevosrancheros #brunch #breakfast #easyrecipe

4-6 eggs
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 packet of powder chicken bullion
4 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 jalapeño peppers (you adjust this to your liking or replace with 1/2 a bell pepper)
1/2 an onion
1/2 a bell pepper
1/4 cup of cilantro

1.Stir fry the garlic and onion in oil until onions become translucent.
2.Add and the jalapeños and bell peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
3.Add in the tomatoes and the seasonings. Cover with a lid steam the tomatoes.
5.Once it starts to look like a sauce, add in the cilantro and eggs and cover. Cook to your liking.
6.Serve and enjoy!
