🥩 Ingredients:
✔ 2 ½ – 3 lb Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast (Chuck Roast works too!)
✔ 1 – 2 lbs Honey Gold Potatoes (Halved or Quartered, depending on size)
✔ 1 – 2 Bags Baby Carrots
✔ 1 Large Onion (Quartered & Sliced)
✔ 6-7 Stalks Celery (Sliced)
✔ 32 oz Beef Stock
✔ 2 Packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
✔ 1 Packet Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast Mix
✔ 1 Packet Beef Stew Mix
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Prep your veggies – wash, slice, and add them to the crockpot
2️⃣ Place the roast on top of the vegetables
3️⃣ Pour in the beef stock
4️⃣ Sprinkle the seasoning packets directly on top of the roast and around it
5️⃣ Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 hours, stirring occasionally
6️⃣ If the roast isn’t fork-tender after 4 hours, cook 1-2 more hours
7️⃣ Serve hot with gravy and your favorite sides! 🍽️
