I know many “international aisles” carry Asian ingredients these days, which is great, but if it’s not inconvenient, I still recommend getting your Asian ingredients at Asian stores.
Not only will you get the best prices (and often it’s by a LOT) you’re going to have better/more options because you’re shopping where Asian people shop!
