Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark🤩

This recipe makes two servings:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a smooth pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1 – 2 teaspoons maple syrup / honey
optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted
1 banana sliced
handful of crushed peanuts

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Spread the mixture on a cutting board lined with parchment paper
3. Drizzle the peanut butter and dark chocolate on top. Make a swirl with a toothpick/cocktail stick
4. Freeze for two hours or until set
5. Cut into pieces
6. Let sit in room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving to let it defrost! You can store it in an air-tight container in the freezer
