1. 50 grams – With bone chicken.
2. Chopped onions 🧅-4
3. Ginger-padte 2tsp
5. Garlic -paste 2 tsp
6.Star Anise-1 , cloves-3, cinnamon -1,pepper-3 balls, fennel seeds -1tsp.
7. Graind coconut 🥥- 1 Cup
8. Red chilli powder -1tsp
9.Turmeric powder -1tsp
10.Curry Leaf 🌿
11. Coriander leaf 🍀
12. Lemon 🍋- 1 tsp
13. Oil and salt to taste .
Methods.
1.Fry the masala mixture and make powder.
2. Grain the coconut with red chilli and turmeric powder.
3. Once all the masala is ready.
4. Take a pan add oil and chopped onions into it and fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add curry leaf 🌿 and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add chicken and boil for 10mints.
7. Now add the masala mixture one by one and close again to boil so that it gives good taste.
8. Once it absorbs the water deep fry for 2 minutes
9. At last add the -.Star Anise-1 , cloves-3, cinnamon -1,pepper-3 balls, fennel seeds -1tsp powder and lemon juice 1tsp
10. Season with Coriander leaf 🍀.
Serve with Parota, Chapati, Roti, Dosa, and Enjoy with your family 👍
