Ingredients:
– 15 oz Can Libby’s Pure Pumpkin 8oz/226.8g/1 cup
– Cream cheese (softened, room temperature) 285g/10oz
– Pumpkin spice cookies/graham crackers/digestive cookies 12 nos/6oz
– Unsalted butter (melted) 3tbsp
– Brown sugar 1/2 cup
– Vanilla extract 1/2 tbsp
– Orange zest 1 tbsp
– Heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp
– Pumpkin pie spices 3/4 tsp
– Salt a dash
– Whole eggs 2 nos.
– Egg yolk 1 no.
– Cinnamon for dusting
Topping with:
– Heavy whipping cream
– Caramel sauce
– Sugar cinnamon mix

– 6” inch springform cake pan
– Spatula
– Hand Mixer
